These caps are 1st quality, with good workmanship and appearance. The factory did not accurately make the specified toddler size. The caps are larger than our usual toddler size and we consider them to be child's size. The consumer will be able to adjust the size of the cap with the hook and loop closure to make the cap smaller and fit most toddlers.
Because of the larger size, these caps are being offered at a discounted price. The regular price is $2.50 each.
