MINIMUM ORDER	Seagull International provides services to the WHOLESALE TRADE ONLY. On most items, our minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. On orders under $100.00, there is a $5.00 service charge.
PAYMENT TERMS	Visa and Mastercard accepted. We offer credit terms (net 30 days) to well-rated firms. To apply for credit terms, please complete our New Account Application. Three trade references with addresses are required. Please allow ample time for credit check on first order. Credit references can only be checked when accompanied by an order. By placing an order with Seagull International, you are agreeing to pay for the amoutn of your purchase plus shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING	All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. We will ship the best way if no preference is indicated. You will be notified of actual shipment charges at time of shipment. Non-delivered shipments are subject to a 15% re-shipping charge or restocking charge. Please be sure of your shipping instructions. If a carrier imposes a charge upon us to correct the customer's shipping instructions, we will impose those charges upon the customer, plus 25% service charge.
HANDLING CHARGES	There is a $0.75 charge on each UPS or FedEx package. There is a $4.50 charge on each Parcel Post package. We do not ship packages C.O.D.(These charges are subject to change.)
CLAIMS AND RETURNS	For help in filing a Freight Damage and Loss Claim against the Carrier, please refer to our Freight Damage and Loss Instructions. Please report claims of error by us, or defective merchandise, within seven days of receipt of your shipment. An authorization number is required for all returns. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. We are not responsible for damage due to customer or consumer use or abuse. For customization of product, all blank items must be inspected, verified to be the correct product ordered, and suitable for customization before customization and alteration begins. It is the responsibility of the customer or their agent or decorator to act on behalf of the customer regarding inspection. No claims will be allowed after customization. BACK ORDERS	When it is impossible to ship your order complete, the balance will automatically be backordered and shipped with your next order. If you do not want us to ship any back orders, please tell us at the time of your order.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS	Discounts are available on quantity purchases of certain styles. Please provide us with the details of your purchase request and we will be happy to provide you with the specific pricing information for the styles you are interested in.
IMPORT QUOTATION REQUEST	We are able to provide you with direct import service for many items at considerable savings to you. Custom embroidery and personalizing is also available on these orders. Minimum quantities vary from 300 pieces to 1728 pieces, depending upon the item selected, with an average minimum quantity of 720 pieces. Please submit an Import Quotation Request Form. Please include the following details: Style # and Description, Color, Quantity, Shipping Destination and Date you need these items in your possession. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate quote.
SAMPLES	Samples are for wholesale purposes only and not retail consumer purchase. Particular colors and sizes cannot be guaranteed. Samples will be sent upon request at regular price, plus $2.50 sample charge for every 5 samples, plus shipping and handling charges, which will be determined at time of shipment. Samples are not returnable. Payment by Mastercard or Visa. Please use our Sample Request Form.
SUGGESTED RETAIL VALUE	Items in our catalog are shown with a SUGGESTED RETAIL VALUE. Since retail prices vary widely from store to store and from one region to another, it is impossible to establish prices on particular items that would be accurate on a nationwide basis. Every effort has been made to suggest prices that are both moderate and reasonable.
PRICES	Due to worldwide conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCT REPRESENTATION	Items illustrated in our online catalog are actual photos of the products available at the time of printing. In some instances, the photo is representative of the particular item, but may not show every color offered for that style. We reserve the right to update designs or substitute styles whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
